We've now been at our "new location", just north of the old one, at 2140 W. Elizabeth (used to be KFC), right across the street from King Soopers, for nearly two years! If you haven't yet, we hope you will come by and check it out - we have a patio (for warmer times), pick-up window (please call ahead!), more parking, a roomier dining room and kitchen, and so much more! Come in and say hi!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not park in the parking lot in front of Blockbuster, Cheba Hut, Cost Cutters, and the tanning and laundromat, a.k.a. Gable's Plaza! They will tow you! If our lot is full, park in front of or to the east of Domino's, across Elizabeth at Thrive Dental & Wellness (west of King Soopers), or in the King Soopers lot. THANK YOU!
New grab-and-go meals for $5! The burritoes have been well-received, so we're introducing more choices for those on the run. We'll continue to have bacon or veggie breakfast burritoes for $3.50 - bump it up by adding a drink of your choice (juice, milk, coffee, tea, soda, chai, hot chocolate?) and pay just $5, including tax. Or try a breakfast sandwich - an English muffin layered with crunchy hash browns, an over-hard egg, bacon or sausage patty, and cheese, plus a drink for $5. Or, for something completely different, we've got a protein drink called Rockin' Refuel in vanilla or chocolate (tastes just like a shake!), plus a banana, for $5. Stop by on your way to the bus stop and pick one (or two...).
Welcome, 2012! Are you one of those people who makes new year's resolutions? Do you keep them??? Well, if you've decided to change your eating habits and eat better, more healthy food this year, we're willing to help. OR not - but you choose! Hence, our specials of the month. Will it be honey wheat pancakes with toasted almonds OR so'mores pancakes with marshmallows and chocolate chunks? Will you choose a morning glory muffin, packed with all sorts of good things, plus a half of a Ruby Red grapefruit OR a Farmer's fried egg sandwich, layered with bacon, egg, and cubed potatoes? Oatmeal with almonds OR biscuits and gravy? Baked potato naked OR loaded? How about a fresh veggie hoagie OR maybe you'd prefer a chicken fried steak sandwich with bacon and cheese? Want your tuna on a bed of lettuce OR in a tuna melt? And for dessert, will you pick a yogurt and granola parfait OR go for the banana split? It's all up to you!
We've made a few changes to our menu for the cooler months. Check out the new sides, including baked potatoes, bread stuffing, and house-made applesauce. We've brought back some favorites like our meatloaf and pot roast dinners and we've added a soup-and-half-a-sandwich plate and a half-sized chef salad for lighter lunching. Come in for something warm and healthy!
The Farmer's Table has been serving hearty breakfasts and lunches to the Northern Colorado region for more than 30 years. We're proud to have always been family-owned and independent. We strive to serve good food for a good price and want our service to be the best you've experienced. We appreciate your business - eat it local!
Breakfast burritos are our number one seller, and we're known for our chicken-fried steak and special plates like the Mexicali. Everything's better with bacon! Or maybe you'd like it with gravy (we've got choices there: cream, sausage, brown, or turkey). Our plate-sized cinnamon rolls (with icing, caramel sauce, or both!) are made in-house, as are our cinnamon bread (for toast or French toast), biscuits, and muffins (check the board for the day's selections). We do vegetarian, too.
What would a breakfast place be without good coffee?!? We serve three: regular, French roast, and decaffinated, all from beans we grind ourselves. You'll love the rich taste - it's all in the bean! - and fresh grinding makes a real difference. We also brew our own iced tea, and have lots of choices if you'd like it hot!
For lunch, offered anytime we're open, we have a variety of choices, including burgers and grilled sandwiches, and main course salads made with our own green salad mix (no iceberg here). Seasonal fruit is always available!
Some things change and some things remain the same! Every day, we have specials on the boards for breakfast, including an "early bird", and lunch. For any special, you always have a choice of side dishes! Check out your table card for other featured specials.
And don't forget dessert! If you've still got room (or you could get it to go!), check out the board for the list of pies and flavors of ice cream currently available and constantly changing. Ice cream is produced right here in Fort Collins by our friends at Walrus or from that "little creamery in Brenham" - BlueBell (a Texas favorite!).
We welcome phone orders and orders prepared to go (use the pick-up window!). For larger parties, we offer catering. After-hours at our site is an option for parties up to about a hundred folks (we clean up real good) and we will work with you to accommodate your group's menu needs. We can do anything: sandwiches and veggie trays, barbecue and beans, Hawaiian luau, or black tie and prime rib! We'll even provide flowers and candles.
